The IoT-SmartNode is a modular, advanced, wireless mesh network developer platform (PAAS) for flexible, long range and fast sensing and control, with Gateways that backhaul via Satellite, 4G, WiFi and Ethernet.  Gain highly inter-operable site-wide and inter-site process unification. The ACORN SmartNode Platform can be customised with the following modular functions:

  • Centralised Edge Computing, Radio and Communications Hardware System;

  • Centralised IIoT Software Platform, allowing a rich array of web enabled dashboards, protocols and integrations. Ability to integrate with all major industrial protocols, including MQTT, MODBUS (TCP & RTU), CAN, TCP/IP, UDP, and many more;

  • Centralised Control System Software, consisting of CoDeSys based PLC, SCADA and HMI and IMACHINE's Edge computing aggregation and connectivity software;

  • Wireless Sensor Networks, with self contained mesh network, battery powered nodes and optional solar power;

  • Scaleable Remote IO modules, allowing up to 32 nodes per gateway and over 1000 IO;

  • A wide array of instrumentation and controls can be supplied pre-configured and pre-fabricated;

  • Optional IEC-Ex certification on packaged systems for deployment within Hazardous Areas;

DAYTECH can manufacture standardised, configurable hardware/software, that can be installed and maintained in house, or a custom engineered solution, including apps, dashboards and GUIs, involving rapid prototyping through to high volume manufacture.
